Enter to a traditional mudroom with space to hang coats and outer ware. To the right is an entrance to the Lounge/ Living room with high beamed ceilings and a balcony perch that can be used as an office or as an extra bedroom. The lounge has TV (satellite), wood/ turf burning stove and also includes the formal dining table. The full gourmet kitchen also offers a casual dining space. The utility room has a washer and dryer as well as an extra refrigerator and electric stove. The conservatory sun room offers spectacular views with french doors to the outside and the BBQ area. There are two bedrooms downstairs - 1 double with views of the country side and 1 room with 2 twin beds with views of the ocean. There is a shower room with toilet and basin on this floor.

First floor: The upstairs includes 2 bedrooms - 1 king-size master suite with bathtub, toilet and basin and 1 small bedroom with a single bed and a lovely view of the Cliffs of Moher. Also on this floor is the entrance to the balcony perch overlooking the lounge that can be used as an office or additional sleeping (futon).
